Sleep Stages Not Being Tracked

Fitbit stopped recording sleep stages 7 nights ago, it has worked continually since I first purchased it.

heart rate being recognized and synced with the Fitbit app

the LEDs are blinking

I do see the simplified sleep record 

Fitbit is being worn in the same way as previously

I have exactly the same problem since two weeks. Firmwate is up to date and nothing has changed furthermore…

Hi,

 

restarting the Fitbit did not resolve the issue it made issue worse as device did not produce even a simplified sleep score. Has my Fitbit developed a fault.

Hi, 

I did not see you respond to my previous reply.

 I have been resetting my Fitbit twice daily and last night the Fitbit recorded my sleep pattern correctly, to early to say if the issue has now resolved itself.

The app had two updates this week but still no sleep score for almost three weeks now. Starting to question what the added value of premium is without the sleepscore. Seems like € 8,99 thrown away..
