A week and a half ago, my Fitbit Charge 4 starting sporadically not tracking sleep stages. For the past 5 days, I have gotten basic information. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions (fully charged, cleaned sensors, rebooted device, reinstalled app, restarted phone, etc.), and none of the work. At one point, I even switched the device out with my old Charge 2, but the issue remained. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you fix it?

exact same problem date and issue with mine. Last firtib app update 29/Aug/22 - so the latest release
