As a person with sleep apnea, tracking the amount and quality of my sleep is one of the main features I rely on my FitBit for. However, starting about three weeks ago (mid-June) I started getting erratic results. Some nights it wouldn't record any data at all. Other nights it would truncate either the beginning or end of my sleep recording -- periods of time I knew I was in bed and asleep. I started checking to make sure that my FitBit was charged and properly placed on my wrist each night before going to bed. That hasn't improved the results at all.
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and frustrated because for so long my FitBit has been a useful and reliable tool for tracking my sleep. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed similar sleep-tracking issues.
Thanks, John

i spoke with several customers service and followed their advice to reset my Charge2 as well as delete my Fitbit app and download the new app which is the same version 2.95 but nothing seem to work.

I updated the firmware to the latest (22.55.02, or something like that) this week hoping that would fix it. It didn't.

Same here, I think the Charge2 is the problem, not the app or the cellphone. Same phone same app working great for three months and now is going crazy for the last several weeks.
The Fitbit support is trying to run me around.
