Sleep data

How do we reactivate Deep Sleep, REM, etc? That’s the only useful data I want from sleep schedules. Now it just shows asleep, awake, restless. Otherwise I’ll need a different product than fitbit.

I might have to change anyway since google will have access to my health info…not cool.

@Kevermore there can be a few reasons for your Fitbit not to detect sleep stages. You need to have heart rate readings overnight and you need at least three hours of sleep. If your battery is too low, sleep stages will be disabled in order to save power. If you manually start sleep in the Fitbit app, instead of allowing your sleep to be automatically detected by your Fitbit, sleep stages will not be detected.

Here is a Help Article with info about sleep stages that may be helpful.
