How do you turn off the loud sleep notification that happens at 10 pm? I have notifications off, even if my phone volume is off it goes off? I am about ready to get rid of this. Thank you for the help

From main screen of phone app:

Sleep tile > gear icon (top right) > bedtime reminder off

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
