Hi everyone
Can someone explain this sleep score thing, on all my previous non Fitbit, watches, the sleep was scored on the quality of your actual sleep, for example I wore both the non and Fitbit, and when I checked my scores on both,
Non...showed score of 93...deep sleep highest at 5hrs
Fitbit...75...deep sleep 49mins
Confused.com?
Would I be right in thinking that Fitbit scores on the length of hours slept, rather than the quality of sleep?

See What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
I would not expect sleep score to be calculated exactly the same by different manufacturers. It is not a precisely defined standard calculation.
