Some features stopped working on Charge 3

Over the last year my Charge 3 have lost  A LOT of features.

- I have set the alarms - and none is working

- I have set the notice to move each hour - it is not working (that's why I set the alarms, to get some kind of notice)

- I used to get some kind of gratulation when I reached the 10.000 steps for today - I don't get it anymore

- the last month or so when I synchronize I get like 35.000 or even 85.000 steps ..... after synchronized 3-4 times it gets the right number of steps.

So could someone please restore the old and working software????

By the way, if I search for Charge 3 on the Fitbit homepage it is impossible to find - wonder why.......

It sounds to me like your settings got changed rather than Charge 3 having lost features.

Maybe you are in Sleep Mode or have Do Not Disturb turned on.

 

I'm not sure what you mean by looking for Charge 3 on Fitbit home page.  If you mean the Fitbit Store, Charge 3 has been discontinued since the Charge 4.

If you mean as a Product Help Forum, it is in with Other Charge Trackers (other than Charge 4).

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sleep and Do not disturp was set. So problem solved - thanks a lot. And .... as I dig down in my memory I think that was about the time my son was looking and playing with my watch. He's like 'what happens if I press this?' 

 

And about looking for Fitbit store, yes, but why  not showing information about a watchs that I can still buy???? I don't get it. 

 

Now I will cross my fingers that I can syncronize the watch, I can see that a lot of people have the same problem as I have about not syncronizing or showing way too high number of steps.
