Sp02 not syncing with Charge 4

I have read all the articles. None answers the question.  I have Charge 4 with the Sp02 app installed. It was available for my tracker when downloaded.  The last week, it has stopped tracking Sp02. I cannot locate the app on the tracker no the android to see if it needs updating. What I find is that the Sp02 is only available for the versa and another but not the Charge 4. Why was it removed? How can I get it back? If it was removed, was there a notice sent to emails? I need this app. Thank you for any responses.

@Summittdorism , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message. 

Please do not panic. The SPO2 feature and app hasn't been removed from the Charge 4. 

You might not see it on the app, but if you are located on a selected region, the Spo2 app will be installed automatically into your Charge 4.

My pebble had to be replaced twice.  It is not updating and it is not showing spO2 anymore.  Tech support is in the dark.  How complex is it when the communuty reports this as an issue that arose months ago.

This is wrong.  I have a new pebble that arrived on the weekend. It no longer has an SPO2 display in the swipe up menu and I am told to either install a clock face or an app by tech support. Or to update but there isn't an available update.  This worked on my pebble in May but it has had to be replaced twice to get me one that even does basic functions.  I am not told something is out of date but no updates are available to me.  What REGION are you talking about.
