Steps and miles not correct

I’ve had my Charge 4 since 7/1/21.  

A few weeks ago it stopped correctly tracking miles. I walk a one mile track and it’s off from 3/4 to 2 miles.  The steps are also wrong based on previous walks.  I’ve reset it several times. 

I don’t want to invest in another device if there is a way to fix this.  Not very happy about this issue.
