I recently did a restart of my Fitbit and now my steps are registering on the app. I have the icon however my steps are constantly at zero…any advice?

I'm not quite sure to understand your situation. 

Could you please elaborate on it?

Where do you see the steps and the icon  at 0?On the app or on the Charge 4?

Are all other stats (floors, calories, heart rate, etc) updating in the app an on the Charge 4?
