My Charge 2 has been syncing fine with my phone up to now but all of a sudden it has stopped syncing. I have looked on the troubleshooting page and my phone , a Samsung Galaxy A70, is not listed as being compatible. Why has it been compatible up to now but has stopped? I can't get it to sync at all. My phone can find it when I go on bluetooth but when I look on the fitbit app it says device not found ..... getting frustrated now. I've unpaired it and tried to pair it again. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. My phone is an LG Tribute Empire. The app says my device is not found and my phone is no longer listed as compatible. I've had this phone for almost a year and never had this problem. It last synced Sunday at 2:00. Any help will be appreciated.

Mine just stopped too. It synced 2 hours ago and now it won't. Says my phone is not found. Very weird. I'll keep trying.
