My Fitbit Charge 2 has stopped syncing suddenly. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips but nothing is working. Any suggestions? I'm getting the information on my device but not on the dashboard. Any help is appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. Have tried the troubleshooting tips too. I get info on my device but it doesn't sync with my phone app unless I unistall then reinstall the app. I tried a different device, a Samsung tablet, but it can't see the tracker to pair with it at all.
Need help please.
