Ok I’m 49, I have a “”versa” and for the last two years my RHT has been between 56-60. In the last 30 days it’s suddenly risen to 87!!!!  Should I be worried???

Possibly, some things that affect resting heart rate are.

  • Sickness, some of us can predict the time of our next cold by the RHR.
  • Over working.
  • Not enough sleep.
  • Pain
  • Pregnancy.
  • Lung or heart problems.

You may want to show the heart data to your doctor.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, I’ve actually been to the Drs and diagnosed with VERY over active thyroid.

Thanks and regards,
Heather

That could be the cause, I had an under active thyroid. Did you bring the resting heart rate to your doctor's attention?
