I reached out to support via chat and Juan was wonderful! I thought I would get a survey to report his great service, but I didn't.

 

I really appreciate his work troubleshooting and when that didn't work, he checked warranty and set me up with am email to get a replacement device. I love my Charge 3 so I am thankful they are so willing to do a one time replacement of my device even though I was out of warranty.
