Swimming feature on Charge 3

I was given a Charge 3 for Christmas and have a couple of issues with swimming option. The device recognized the first time I swam and recorded accurately but since then it has not recognized any swim. Also I would like to enter pool length but I can't find swim settings under advanced settings as other posters have been advised to do. Can anyone help?

If you want to set your pool length, I recommend following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I set the pool length for my Fitbit device?.

Now about your swims not being recognized, we are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Keep in mind that you can always select the activity directly from the Charge 3. If you don't have swim between your shortcuts, you can add it by following the steps in the article: Can I reorder the exercise shortcuts on my Fitbit device?.
