When I pull up the Fitbit App on my Windows PC, I see a message "looking for tracker".
My phone is currently not working, so I am trying to sync my Charge 3 to the Fitbit app on my Windows laptop. I try to click the "sync now" prompt and nothing happens. I have tried this wearing the Fitbit and have also tried plugging in the Fitbit through the USB charger into the computer. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Make sure there is no other device nearby emitting a bluetooth signal.
