Sync charge 2

Wrong date and time on charge 2.   It won’t sync.

The date and time should sort themselves out once you get it syncing again. To do that, have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for syncing issues at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

I find that restarting the phone and fitbit has the best chance to sort out syncing issues.
