Sync issue

I installed the new update and my Fitbit HR has not synched to my phone since.  I uninstalled the app and reset my phone.  Reinstalled the app and it still won't sync.  It tells me "incorrect code" but I don't have a code.  I'm getting a little frustrated.  Six days with no sync!
