Since the last fitbit update my fitbit charge 2 is not able to connect by bluetooth and therefore synchronise with my phone anymore. I've tried to reconnect by bluetooth, is not working. (Other bluetooth devices do work.). I restarted my charge2, that didn't work either. What else can I try?

Hey, mine too! It was after I updated and it’s now not syncing my Fitbit to my fitness apps. I don’t know why but it’s really annoying. I saw that they had some advice on how to fix it but I can’t find it on here. Any thoughts?

Hi Franzy, I just called customer service. They adviced me to try to install te app again on my laptop (as my Samsung A40 phone is not on their list of preferred compatible devices), using the original Fitbit-dongle which was initially delivered with the Fitbit-watch. Unfortunately this didn't work either. As my guarantee has passed, they maybe/hopefully offer me a discount when I buy a new Charge3....
By he way: Before the above I rebooted my Fitbit by putting it in the charger and push the button on the side for a few seconds. Your Fitbit will start all over without losing data. Also try to reconnect your watch by bleutooth. Reinstall the Fitbit App on your phone. And put on/off your Phone....
