My Fitbit Charge 2 doens't synchronize with my phone (android) anymore while/after I recharge my device. After reïnstalling the device it synchornizes again till I plug the charger in...
In the Charge 2 menu there is an exclamation mark behind now synchronizing, it tries to sync again after I press it but after a while the exclamation mark appears again.
Another problem is on the device itself. It shows the battery status, but it doesn't change.
Only the numbers which it is at after reïnstalling/charging appears on the device and doens't go down.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I've tried disconnecting bluetooth, recharging, restarting.. I haven't deleted because I am in the middle of a challenge and dont want to lose my data.

I just discovered that when I reset the Charge 2 (holding the button a few seconds while charging) it connects again, the data won't be lost this way. Still very strange, this shouldn't be necessary.
