Syncing and Battery Issues

Hi all,

 

I have recently got a new Samsung phone, but am now unable to sync by Fitbit up to my new phone.

 

Last week, I was abroad for work and was unable to change timezones on the Fitbit. Since then, my battery is lasting approx 36 hours. My usual battery life would have been around 4 or 5 days before this happened.

 

Can anyone advise? The syncing is the major issue, and I feel the battery draining is because of this.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to add that I have tried to Update Tracker Software numerous times, to little success.

 

It's getting to the point sadly, where I am tempted to look for a new smartwatch.

Sadly I'm in the same boat. I've upgraded from a Samsung J1 to an A20 and l can't get my fitbit to sync.  I've reinstalled the app bit no change. It will be bye bye to fit bit if l can't fix the problem.
