Syncing difficulties

Onmy wrist my Fitbit is working. On my phone it's not registering anything but calories. What can I do to make it work. Help!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
