I've recently changed my mobile phone and since then there's a gap in my data. I've been wearing my Fitbit daily but didn't note the number of steps. Although I have sync'd my device, the steps have not uploaded. I've remove and reinstalled the App twice but it hasn't helped other than to add today's data. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you

Your phone may not be on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

That sounds logical but it can't be right. It's the same brand, newer phone and logging everything since 12th but nothing from 6th to 11th, despite wearing the Fitbit every day.
