I’ve just recently updated to Premium and since then I can’t get my Fitbit to sync with my iPhone. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

 

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
