What do I do to change the time on my Charge HR.  It is now 4 hours ahead of time (Eastern Standard Time) and I am now in Alaska (Alaska Time).  Any help would be appreciated.

You can set the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile 

 

Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated.
