Time incorrect on Fitbit Charge 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Fitbit Charge 4.  Went to charge it two days ago and it only partially charged and time was incorrect even though it corrected the time for Daylight Savings.  How can I get the correct time.  It is now fully charged but time is 30 min. off.

@Carollou , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message.

To set the time correctly again, please do the following:
On your mobile device:

  • Please go to Settings > Date and time. (may be different, depending on the operating system of the mobile phone)
  • Switch Automatic Time to Manual.
  • Turn your phone off and on again.
  • Try to sync your watch again.
  • If the time is set correctly again, you can reset your mobile phone to any setting you like.
  • If the time is still displayed incorrectly after synchronization, please do the following:

On your PC:

  • Please open Chrome or any internet browser (internet explorer, Firefox, etc)
  • Go to fitbit.com and sign in with your password and email address.
  • Tap Settings (gear top right)
  • Under Personal Settings>Time Zone, select any time zone.
  • Save the changes. (press submit)
  • Then please go to the Fitbit app on your phone.
  • Click on "Your profile picture>Advanced settings"
  • Turn off the "Automatic time zone" and "Automatic location" options. You should see the selected time zone. Then select US and your location again.
  • Turn your phone off and on again.
  • Try to sync your Versa again.
  • The time should be displayed correctly on the clock again.

See you around.
