Too many Issues with Charge 3 never resolved

I have a Charge 3 and get lots of ads to update to Charge 4. Very little likely when my Charge 3 has so many issues – just to mention: The screen is barely visible anymore, not even indoors. Notifications (emails, phone calls etc) only work occasionally and cannot be trusted, heart zones mapping doesn’t work at all. I have followed all recommendations your always friendly staff have been giving me, but without success. And checking up in the forums, I see that many others have been having the exact same issues for years, but without finding workable solutions. So please do something about this now.

Everything you stated above is exactly what I'm having issues with and have from the beginning with my Charge 3.  I gave up an Apple Watch to go back to Fitbit as I loved them so much but I will never buy another one and you are right I'm getting constant emails about upgrading....not happening here I'm so disappointed in Fitbit.

Same here. I started with a basic Fitbit, the Versa at that time, a few years ago and had no issues. I loved it so  much I upgraded to Charge 2 for the sleep monitoring capabilities. I had no issues with it. I  then upgraded to the Charge 3 and what a waste of time and money that has been. My screen went from bright to dim in no time. Now it is completely black. I have tried all of the suggestions but nothing has worked. I also got tired of having to log into the app all the time since it would always log out for some reason. I am not happy that the company was bought out by google either. Bigger is not always better! I now have a Samsung Fit which is ok but I have to charge it all the time. Overall, I was happier with my original purchase and the Charge 2 but I really don't think I'll ever buy a new fitbit.

I’m having several issues too. Notifications no longer working. Very disappointed with the company and the lack of response. 🤬

I’m happy to say I was determined today and opened a chat with Fitbit and they gave me 2 options replacing my charge 3 at no charge or 50% off of a new device. I opted for the 50% off and ordered the Charge 4 as I didn’t want a repeat with the Charge 3. I was very happy with the customer service I received today and it was similar to when I first bought Fitbit in 2013. Good luck and I hope you can get your issues resolved.

It looks like I am reading my story. So many issues, it’s ridiculous! I just stopped using it and I will pass to Garmin!
