Tracker update

How long does it take to update for the first time, its been updating for over 10 hours and there's nothing showing how far its updated. I can't use my phone while its updating. I've had to borrow my partners phone for the time being. Any help is gratefully received. Thanks..

Do a restart 3 times

If it doesn't help try a Long Restart

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Hi.
Thank you for the advice, I've done shat you said, it got halfway
through the update bar on tracker, then went off now its showing it back at
the beginning again, but now there's like a little circle with a keyhole in
the middle of the bar.
