My charge 2 is not tracking on my phone

@stpattyohara It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However. I would like to follow up on the tracking issues that your Charge 2 is experiencing with your phone.

 

I'd just like to avoid confusion on my end. This is why I'd like to ask a couple of questions in order to provide accurate and helpful information:

 

Is your Charge 2 connecting to your phone?

Does it show any error message?

Did you mean that your Charge 2 is not tracking and syncing your exercises?
