I was invited to a Workweek Hustle challenge by a friend and it shows up in my challenges, but I technically haven't accepted it. All it says is that I've been invited. I've clicked "Join Challenge" in an email I received as well as going through it in the app, but nothing has shown up anywhere to accept the challenge. How can I join it?

@SunsetRunner Challenges invites have a 24 hour window to accept, my guess is that you might have missed that window which is why the email link isn't working.
What I would recommend is asking the person in the Challenge to re-invite you. If you get re-invited, all of your steps for the duration of the Challenge will count retroactively.
Hope his helps!

This works. However, the issue keeps happening for me and a few folks I do regular challenges with. They accept the invite, but they don't show up in challenges. Or they show up, and the steps don't pull in. Is this a common issue? Is there a real fix?

Worked like a charm! Thank you!! It was extremely frustrating to join the Weekend Warrior and Workweek Hustle challenges, but then to later not show up or be able to rejoin! Whew....thanks again! 👍🏻👏🏻

I went through these steps and it still will not work. When I click the "accept invitation" button from my friend's email, it takes me to the page to download and install the Fitbit App. This is a problem as the App is already on my phone and I made sure it was on and I was logged in when I attempted for the fourth time to accept it. Any ideas? (iphone 6)

Clicking on the email link takes me to the Fitbit page on the google play app.
On this page i have two options, Open App or Delete App. Once i open the app i navagate to the Challenge page, and go to the challange that says awaiting your reply
Normally when i get an email saying that ive been invited, i simply open the Fitbit app, tap the challenges icon then tap the challange that has the awaiting your reply. I ofyen find my invotes this way without ever seeing the email.
In short to accept an invite you need to open the Fitbit App, snd it doesn't matter which way it is opened.

I have a similar problem but I use laptop rather than phone. I got invite to join challenge but when I click link it takes me to fitbit home page and asks me download app. When I login, it takes me to my dashboard but I can not find any place on my computer screen where it lets me accept any challenge. Seems like it should not be so difficult to accept a challenge.

Unfortunately @JOBench200 challenges can not be started or accepted from the web. I'm not sure if the Win 10 app on a Win 10 laptop is able to accept challanges.

That may be so, Fitbit use to offer an app for the windows pc. They do not support the PC anymore.
When it comes to the web browser, a user was never able to accept challenges.
