Unable to change Charge 3 clock face

I cannot change the clock face. The app is constantly upload the clock face even before I can select it to download.  I've re downloaded the app and still doesn't work.  My fitbit is syncing fine.

Thanks for troubleshooting this clock face issue. I would like to know if you keep experiencing this? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
