I have been a Fitbit user from 2013! I used to recommend this for almost everyone I know.. but I got the worst experience 2 days back.. I was logged out from Fitbit by itself. When I tried logging in back, it gave me an error saying invalid username or password. When I tried resetting password, I didn't get any mail. I sent a mail to Fitbit, no response. Today I tried creating new user with my same old id it got created. But all my old data and sync up with my other devices are gone. This is such a horrible experience that too for a user who have been with Fitbit so long. All my impression changed

Just as your post stated, I was informed by our Customer Support team that they already provided you with assistance regarding your Fitbit account situation. That being said, I recommend you to contact them back if you have any additional questions about the information that they provided to you.
