Unable to sync device

My fitbit app hasn't synced since yesterday evening at 19:37.

I have tried turning off the Bluetooth and back on again.

Logging out and back in.

Uninstalling the app and reinstalling

Turning my phone off and back on again.

Tried on a separate device (all of the above).

The fitbit charge 2 is working fine, all updating properly on the watch itself.

Hi @NikkiMills thanks for bringing tihs to my attention, I'm happy to give you a warm welcome to our Community Forums and a hand with your syncing difficulties.

First, thank you for troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you restart your Fitbit following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Your device should now sync normally. Otherwise, please try syncing it with your computer instead.

Keep me posted.

I am having the same issue. My Charge 2 is showing all the information correctly and myfitnesspal is recording the foods I have entered but my exercise calories are not showing up on myfitnesspal.

Hi @JPink thank you for bringing this to my attention, I'm happy to give you a hand with this and a warm welcome to our Community Forums too. My apologies for the delayed reply.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to review the information from our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? and try revoking the access of MyFitnessPal on your Fitbit account. Please keep me posted and let me know if you need further assistance.

I'll be around.
