This morning, after charging my Charge 3, the screen was dim and the screen awake wasn't working although I'd changed nothing. I was able to fix the dim screen and I know where to access screen awake but no matter how many times I tap it, it won't turn on. I've already rebooted the device. Any advice is appreciated.

If 'Screen Wake' won't work, you might be in 'Sleep Mode', intentionally keeping screen dim at night.

That setting is right under DND, above Screen Wake, accessed by holding in side button a few seconds.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
