Update not compatible with fitbit

My phone has done a automatic update on the app and now when I open it the message says it’s no longer compatible with my Fitbit.  Any ideas anyone?

Turn off your phone completely and turn it back on. I had the same problem and that worked for me.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Are you referring to an automatic update of your Fitbit app or the operating system of your mobile device? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
