hi all, first, I’m a little upset with the way Fitbit handles customer service. You have to dig deep and join this forum to TRY to get any answers. Not good.
Give us an email for service.
2nd, I bought a Charge 3 for Christmas 2019. Everything was good for about 6 months then the screen pixels started to fail. Now here we are almost 1 year in and almost all the pixels on the screen are gone. Very disappointed because it seems the watches don’t last any longer then 1 year. If they only last a year you should tell people so they don’t waste their money on this crap.
