7 months ago I got my step father's fitbit charge to which he set up. A few times after it died it stopped time on it and needs reseting. My step father's account was deleted along with the data of the fitbit and needs me to connect to my phone but won't sync. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @robertififid. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 2 is not connecting.
Could you please let me know if you have tried setting your Charge 2 as a replacement device before trying to sync it? Do you get an error message when you try the syncing process?
