Hello.
Apparently the issue I’m having others seem to have as well. These vertical white lines appeared on my charge 3 this afternoon randomly, the battery was running low but nothing else is wrong with it. I’ve tried the troubleshooting that people have listed here; reboot, resetting, plugging in and resetting, etc. I contacted customer care, the gentleman I was talking to said he was looking into it and never came back on the phone so the chat ended? May try again later on but hoping for some other solution that someone has found works? I’ve only had this fit bit for a couple months, had to replace my old charge 3 and got this one January February of this year?
