I have had my charge 3 for about 8 months. I plugged it in to charge and after charging vertical white lines have appeared and will not go away. I have restarted it multiple times now. I have done both ways of holding the button for 8 seconds AND 15seconds neither made a difference. Would like to have someone reach out to me for assistance forget other options

This is definitely not an expected behavior. Please try the following:
- Logout from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your cellphone
- Log back in
Try again to change the clock face by following the instructions provided above. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please try uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app.
