Hi everyone,

following up on https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/See-stats-on-Charge-3-while-using-Voice-cues/td-p/3082501 which seems to not receive updates or workarounds.

 

How can I get voice cues (via headphones paired with my phone) while still being able to use my Fitbit watch when running?

 

So far I'm only able to get one of those

A) I start via app, then I get voice cues but my watch has normal face and isn't showing anything. while running I'd have to get out my phone and look there.

B) I start via watch, then I don't have voice cues or any app interaction it seems (although it must be active as GPS tracking is enabled). I can only get vibrations on my watch.

 

I consider this a bug but based on no improvement on customer bug reports in above thread this might be "normal"? When will this be fixed? I just started trying out a Fitbit but so far it doesn't feel like a very integrated Hardware/Software solution in comparison to my other (much cheaper) competitors that I used to use.

 

Does anyone know a fix for that one?
