Wanting to lose 6 lbs I entered my weight, on Huawei tablet, as 9 stone 2. The watch consistently shows me as weighing 9,142 stone 2 lbs. How I can I lose the extra 9,136 stone quickly?

Welcome on board @Jan-an! Is your Huawei included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

 

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. 

 

If your tablet/phone is supported, please double check that your weight is showing correctly in your Fitbit app. Then, try doing the following:

 

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your tracker 3 times in a row
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

I was planning to follow your instructions but than I lost a pound. When I changed my weight in the app the display on my watch altered from showing I weighed 9,000 stone to show the range from 9 St 2 to 8 St 10 with the one pound weight loss correctly shown. Thank you for your reply though.

Just rec'd my replacement Fitbit charge3 but it's displaying incorrect weight. The app is correct though. Any resolution please.
