Hi, 

I've just bought a charge 3 and input my weight (12 st 7lbs) and on the watch it is showing 12.5st 7lbs. This is obviously an error, is there a way to correct it?

If you are having issues with this information, I recommend making sure you are saving your data by doing the following:

  1. Tap the Today tab 
     
    , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap the tile with your name.
  3. Tap Personal.
  4. Tap the information you want to change and make your changes.
  5. Tap Save.

Hi, 

Thanks for the reply. I tried updating the information and the app is showing it correctly (as 12.5stone or 12 stone 7lbs) but my fitbit shows 12.5st 7lbs. I experimented and changed it to 13.5stone on the app - my fitbit showed 13.5 stone 7lbs. I also changed it to 11.5 stone on the app and it showed -0 stone 10.9lbs. I'm not sure what the error is. Any ideas?
