My Charge 3 displayed Realignment  then a picture of a heart and then below that 119 - 115

What does that mean?

( btw: It stopped me tracking my post run walk as I was outside and couldn't see why my fitbit was buzzing. I had to wait till I got home and into a darkish room as my screen is unreadable outside.)

Not sure, but I think that's a message at the end of the "relax" app, I suspect you got into accidentally.  I think it shows your heart rate at the start and end of the session, 2 minutes by default.   You are supposed to match your breathing to a display on the watch. It gives a message about how well your breath was in "alignment" with the watch display.  You might try it intentionally to see the message does look something like what you saw.

That explains it. I must have had my finger a bit to low when I thought I was selecting exercise I accidentally select relaxation. A thing to bear in mind when changing exercise type outside as my screen is unreadable due to its dimness. Well at least I now know what to do when my Fitbit starts vibrating every 30 second s or so.
