Complaint.  You cannot keep just deleting complaints about the White Line defect.  

 

This is a Design / Construction defect and it needs to be accepted and properly resolved not brushed away by Fitbit paid moderators. 

 

There are hundreds of posts about this  

 

The issue has now been passed to UK Watch Dog.  Wait for it on TV
