Hi, the connection place thingy that is attached on my charge 4 is broken. What can i do about it?
it still clicks onto the wristband but its very loose right now. I saw it should be screwd in place with bolts but those are broken off

Unfortunately if it’s completely broken off I can only suggest this replacement band case that will secure your Charge 4 and still allow you to use it dispute having a broken connection point: https://www.amazon.com/GOSETH-Compatible-Breathable-Shatter-Resistant-Protective/dp/B07HN4M9LJ?th=1.
If your still under warranty with your current Charge 4 you can try and contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US but if not the option for the fix on Amazon is a great one if you still want to get more use out of your current Fitbit Tracker.

I agree with you @EdmundC .😃 I found it researching the problem I’ve seen here on the community forums. When I saw it on Amazon I knew it could be useful for many people with similar issues like the one described here. Especially useful if your out of Fitbit Warranty.
