black lines in display

Hi,

The display on my Charge 2 has black stripes though the time and date numbers, which seems to be getting worse. It also has what looks like rust on the back in the middle sensor behind the glass, and yesterday during running it didn't record my hart rate properly.

Could this be due to water damage?

I have had my Fitbit since Sep 2016. I play a lot of beachvolley with it, sometimes also in the rain.

I tried that already, as that seems to be the thing that fixes most problems. I will contact Support.
