black screen on charge 2

I bought my charge 2 in 2017. However, just this morning, the screen has been blacked and I can't on it. Nothing lights up on the screen as well. I tried charging it but it doesn't work as well and the screen still doesn't light up. Tried syncing to the app as well which says that the product is not found.

Does anyone know what happened and is there anything I can do about it?

The screen on mine has been frozen since yesterday.  It does synch with my iPHone.
