Yesterday, my fitbit charge 3 freaked out and was flipping through all the screens uncontrollably. The battery died, and after I charge it, the clock screen came back and it's tracking steps and syncing - that's the good news. However, the button on the side doesn't work. I wanted to do a reset - but I can't do a reset because from what I can tell, you need to be able to press the button to do that. I tried resetting by holding the button down - both the shorter and longer versions - and never got the smiley face or any vibrations. Is there a way to reset the charge 3 using the app so that I can see if I can get the button working again?
