I have 3 wristbands for my Fitbit Charge2. After 15 months, I cannot lock any of the wristbands into the top of the watch! None of the bands click into place!

Hi @myproblem  guess you're familiar with the Fitbit article on changing bands? click to see it

Are the bands authentic Fitbit products? Sometimes a third party band isn't quite the same. You might want to see if support has some suggestions. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. If you're not in the USA or if you prefer an online chat or email, then click for contact options

All authentic bands... strange that all 3 will not lock into place on the
top part of the watch.

Support might have some tips that aren't in that article. Be sure to tell them these are authentic Fitbit bands. Let us know what happens.

I’ve already tried a live chat with support. The only thing I got out of it
is that my warranty has expired.

Maybe someone will see this post and offer you some help. I don't use the Charge 2, but someone on these forums just might have the answer. Have you tried cleaning the latch and parts on each of the band and device? Might be something so tiny keeping it from being secure.
