charge 3 not responding to computer

I have just brought a used fitbit charge 3 & am trying to set it up, so far its all set up & working & its paired to a windows 10 desktop, however what i have not been able to do is change the clock to 24 hour clock & change the clock face.

 

With the clock face change i get as far as selecting a new face but then get a constant spinning circle despite the watch being synced.

The 24 hour clock i have never seen a option for this.

 

Can abybody advise me on how to do either of these please.

Note this must be done from fitbit.com dashboard; i.e. in web browser, not in app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the reply, i now have a 24 hour clock, i was trying to change it in the app but has to be done from the website as you stated.
